New 3D Action RPG Stupid Never Dies Revealed During The Game Awards 2025

Key Visual and Teaser Trailer Unveiled as 2026 Release Is Teased
GPTRACK50 Inc., the NetEase studio led by industry veteran Hiroyuki Kobayashi, today revealed the first details of its upcoming original title, Stupid Never Dies. The project is being developed by a seasoned team of action-game creators whose past credits include legendary franchises such as Devil May Cry, DRAGON’S DOGMA, and Resident Evil.
The title and its debut teaser trailer were officially unveiled during The Game Awards 2025, held in Los Angeles on December 11, 2025.
Presented in a stylish, music-video-inspired format, the teaser introduces players to Davy, the game’s zombie protagonist, and Julia, its human heroine, as they perform to the game’s energetic theme song. The footage offers a first glimpse into their personalities and evolving relationship, while the fast-paced pop-punk soundtrack highlights the game’s vibrant tone and rebellious spirit.

In Stupid Never Dies, Davy is joined by a colorful cast of allies as he ventures into another world filled with danger. Players will battle a distinctive rogues’ gallery of iconic enemy monsters—including werewolves, lizardmen, and skeletons—in a fresh take on the action RPG genre. GPTRACK50 describes this approach as “Blazing Fast Growth”, emphasizing rapid progression and high-octane combat.
Additional details regarding the game’s story, systems, and gameplay mechanics will be revealed in future updates.
