About the Game

DUSK INDEX: GION is a suspense visual novel developed by Cherrymochi — the studio behind the worldwide hit Tokyo Dark — in collaboration with Bushiroad Games. The game takes players through bizarre murder investigations across two timelines in Kyoto: the modern day and the Meiji era. In the present day, traditional detective Daiki Katsuki partners with Rio Quinn, the brilliant creator of state-of-the-art AR lenses “Echoes of Kyoto,” to uncover the truth behind the murders. Simultaneously, in the Meiji era, detective Masayoshi Nagahama and geisha Saki work together to investigate the origin of the sinister events that have persisted through time. Two eras. Two detective duos. One truth waiting to be unearthed.
