Demo remains available due to popular demand

Noodle Cat Games is thrilled to reveal that Cloudheim, its physics-based action-RPG built for online co-op, will launch on Steam Early Access and Epic Games Store on December 4. Get ready to gather loot and combine wild weapon traits with physics for endless emergent experimentation! To commemorate this launch, Noodle Cat has released an all-new trailer revealing the release date as part of the Galaxies Showcase today.
The Cloudheim demo was among the most played during Steam Next Fest, and due to overwhelming demand, it will remain available for a while longer. Players can continue experimenting with Cloudheim’s cavalcade of combos and unique sandbox systems ahead of launch.
Cloudheim Screenshot Cloudheim is a vibrant action-RPG built for co-op chaos and centered around creative, physics-based combat. Up to four players can team up to unleash mayhem in a fully destructible world. Tear down pillars onto monsters, lasso enemies into tornadoes, kick exploding barrels into the fray, and string together aerial combos. Anything and everything can happen in this sandbox of physics-based pandemonium!
Your offensive options are exponentially expanded as you craft hundreds of potential weapons, gear, and powerful attacks on the fly by tossing materials into forges in real-time. There are no menus or downtime here—just pure action. All loot and crafted items are shared, and players personally progress their class levels and hero XP in a shared world, emphasizing teamwork and live collaboration.
Explore diverse islands and mysterious dungeons while expanding operations aboard your flying turtle base, the Odin Shell, in a colorful world inspired by Norse mythology. Upgrade your workshop, customize your space, run a thriving shop, and uncover hidden secrets as your fortress soars through the skies.
“After seeing the reaction to our demo, the whole team is excited to get the full game into the hands of players,” said David Hunt, CEO and Founder of Noodle Cat Games. “It’s been awesome to see the wild things people have done in-game—sometimes even surprising our devs. This is just the beginning, as we’re planning to add more content while working with players to make Cloudheim the best game it can be.”

Cloudheim Key Features:

  • Physics-Driven Combat: Lasso, launch, and juggle enemies into fire pits, the environment, or each other. Longer airtime = more damage.
